YOU need to change how you treat people your disrespectful like majorly and and employe when I was there was telling me they have maybe 15+ complaints a day just for Lisa and they said their tired of it because that cant do anything since she is the owner so sad i feel bad for power hungry people like her. it sad If I had as much money as Lisa I wouldnt take that for granted and I would treat people with respect like how I want to be treated I know this REVIEW wont do anything but. Shes rude and acts like it doesnt matter how she treats people because of her authority I even had employees tell me their scarred of her and they need the job thats why nothing ever gets said.
She shouldnt be aloud to work in the store. Thrillz aims to be the most innovative family entertainment. because I was with five people and we have the emails still for the reservations we all witnessed her attitude and disrespectfulness and I think its terrible, people like her cant continue to do this. Founded in 2018 in Danbury, Connecticut, Thrillz is the first ever high flying adventure park. She refuses to tell people her name so they dont make reviews. Like she has said to other complaints about her on the reviews. so Lisa cant try to say she has no reculation of anythinghappening and that I wasnt there. I also have all my receipts, and the name of the manager I talked to. DONT GET TRICKED SHE BRIBES PEOPLE TO TAKE BAD REVIEWS DOWN. Im very disappointed i thought it was going to be fun. Shes there for the money, not for the fun experience for us customers. Its essentially an indoor adventure park for people that love the idea of skydiving, yet arent too terribly certain that they really want to jump out of an. Ill be telling everyone I know not to go, and how she works.
She is really mean with the way she talks to her employees and especially the customers.
